A.M. Consulting has been committed to supporting organizations via intimate, 1-to-1 partnerships since our inception. It’s been a pleasure to support our partners through some of the most important transitions in their history, and we’re grateful to continue that work.
In this work, there are no one-size-fits-all solutions to the unique and varied organizational challenges that our partners face. However, we’ve also seen the immense value that can be drawn from group learning experiences.
We’ve been conceptualizing an experience that honors both of these truths simultaneously.
With that said, I’m thrilled to announce the launch of the Seeds of Change Institute for organizational leaders.
Seeds of Change leverages community experiences to support leaders committed to personal and organizational transformation. Leaders will join a cohort of their peers to engage in change-centered work over the course of six months. This experience includes:
- An immersive in-person wellness retreat
- A comprehensive organizational assessment
- Organizational capacity building workshops
- & more…
The institute will serve as an opportunity for radical work to take place, while building community with like minds and like spirits doing similar work.
