Accessibility Statement

1. Our Commitment
Accessibility is part of how we work. We design and test this site to conform, as closely as reasonably possible, to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA — the standard referenced by the ADA and Section 508 — and we treat accessibility as an ongoing practice, not a one-time check. Inclusion is core to A.M. Consulting’s coaching and facilitation work, and we hold our own site to that standard.

3. Measures & Tools
We evaluate accessibility using automated tools (such as axe) alongside manual keyboard and screen-reader checks, and we address issues found during regular reviews and after any significant change to the site. An accessibility toolbar is available on the site to adjust contrast, text size, and related preferences.
4. Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some third-party components (for example an embedded payment field, a booking widget, or an embedded video) may not be fully accessible, and some older content may lag the current standard. Where a barrier exists, we will provide the information or complete the task for you by another means on request.
