WHAT WE PRACTICE

Four practices at the heart of group coaching

For over a decade, I’ve walked alongside leaders navigating the beautiful, messy, transformative journey of growth. My approach integrates somatic intelligence, cultural consciousness, and strategic thinking.

QUESTIONS

Questions about group coaching

No. While this work is therapeutic in nature, I am not a licensed therapist. Coaching focuses on your present circumstances and future goals, drawing on your innate wisdom and capacity. If deeper therapeutic work is needed, I’m happy to provide referrals to trusted colleagues. Many clients find that coaching complements their existing therapeutic relationships beautifully.

I integrate somatic awareness, cultural consciousness, and strategic thinking in a way that honors the whole person. My background includes both corporate leadership experience and extensive training in somatics, conflict resolution, and ceremony. This isn’t just mindset coaching—it’s embodied transformation that changes how you show up in every room you enter.

Absolutely. In addition to individual coaching, I offer team retreats, facilitated workshops, and ongoing organizational partnerships. The Conflict Bravery™ Masterclass and Culture Transformation work are specifically designed for teams and organizations ready to do deep, collective work.
