Websites and technology

Websites and systems your team can run

We build the websites, online booking, checkout, courses and email that small organizations depend on, then show your team how to keep them going.

What we build

Each one is a system we have built and run for organizations like yours, named with the tools behind it.

    Built with WordPress, Elementor

  • Online booking

Sessions, rooms and appointments chosen and paid for in one visit.

  • Courses

Lessons and quizzes for learners who sign in and pick up where they left off.

  • Contact intake

Forms that send each person to the right place and keep a record of who they are.

  • Email

Welcome notes, reminders and newsletters sent from your own domain.

    Built with Resend, Beehiiv

Work we have done

Website

Institute for Teachers of Color

A national community of educators of Color, from public school classrooms to university campuses. Altagracia joined its leadership team in 2023.

We moved the site off its old platform, brought its past programming across and kept the old addresses working. Its volunteer team now updates the site itself.

Booking and sales

The 7 Space

An art gallery and wellness center in downtown Newark, co‑founded by Altagracia.

Wellness sessions are booked and paid for online, artwork can be bought from the site, and one phone number takes calls and texts for the team.

How we work

  1. A conversation

We start with how your team works today and what keeps getting in the way.

  2. A clear proposal

Scope, timeline and a fixed price, in writing, before any work begins.

  3. Build and check in

You see progress every week and tell us what to change.

  4. Launch and training

We move it live, then walk your team through running it.

  5. Care after launch

Updates, fixes and questions answered once you are up and running.

Questions we hear

Will we own our website?

Yes. Your domain, your content and your accounts stay in your name. We set them up that way from the start.

Can our own team make changes?

Yes. We build pages your team can edit, and we walk them through it before launch.

Can you work with the tools we already use?

Usually. We look at what you have first and connect to it where we can before suggesting anything new.

How long does a project take?

A small site or a booking setup often takes one to two weeks. Larger systems take three to six.

Tell us what your organization runs on

A short conversation is enough to tell whether we are the right fit.
