1. Nature of Our Services

Altagracia Montilla Consulting LLC (doing business as “A.M. Consulting”), the practice of Altagracia Montilla, offers professional coaching, facilitation, training, and educational programs — including the Conflict Bravery™ methodology. This work is designed to support personal and professional development, communication, leadership, and conflict navigation. All content on this site and within our programs is provided for general informational and educational purposes.

2. Coaching Is Not Therapy or Medical Care

Coaching and facilitation are not psychotherapy, counseling, psychological or psychiatric treatment, or any form of mental-health or medical care. We are not acting as your therapist, physician, or licensed mental-health provider, and no therapist–client or clinician–patient relationship is created. Coaching does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. If you are experiencing a mental-health or medical concern, please consult a licensed professional; coaching is not a substitute for that care.

3. Not Legal or Financial Advice

Nothing we provide is legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice for your specific situation, and no attorney–client or fiduciary relationship is created. For advice about your particular circumstances, consult a qualified, licensed professional in the relevant field.

4. No Guaranteed Results

Every person and organization is different. While we bring reasonable skill, care, and experience to our work, we do not and cannot guarantee any specific result or outcome — such as a particular resolution, promotion, revenue change, or relationship outcome.
