1. Deposits & Coaching Sessions
A deposit reserves your time and secures capacity we set aside for you. Deposits are non-refundable and are credited in full toward your engagement. If you cancel after work has begun, fees for work already performed are due, and any unused pre-paid amounts beyond the non-refundable deposit are refunded on a pro-rata basis.
2. Rescheduling
If you reschedule a session at least 48 hours before your appointment, we’ll move your booking and apply your deposit, subject to availability. A later change, a cancellation inside 48 hours or a no-show forfeits the deposit or fee for that session.
3. Courses & Multi-Session Programs

| Cancel before the program starts | Refund of amounts paid, less any non-refundable deposit and any materials already delivered. |
| Cancel after the program starts | Pro-rata refund for sessions not yet delivered; completed sessions and released materials are non-refundable. |
| Self-paced / on-demand course | Because access and materials are delivered immediately, sales are final once you access the content (see digital products below). |
4. Digital Products & Downloads
Digital products, downloadable resources, and on-demand course content are delivered instantly and are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, unless the law requires a refund. If a digital product is defective, does not match its description, or you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we will review it and may repair, replace or refund it.
5. If We Cancel
If we cancel a session, course, or program and cannot reschedule it, you will receive a refund of amounts paid for the undelivered portion. That is your only remedy for the cancellation.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email info@altagraciamontilla.com with your name, order or booking number, and a short description. We review each request individually. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method; the time to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
